One of the best buffet delivered lunches I have had. Full of variety and food well cooked. Hit the spot right after a long seminar. Service was great. They can do with some well deserved upgrade for their restaurant seating facilities

It's a nice hotel in the heart of Nairobi city with a well equipped gym, swimming pool and good food at the restaurant. Some of the rooms however require a major face lift and/or renovation - especially on the plumbing and electrical works. But generally speaking, the place is pleasant, cool and refreshing.

Obviously this is the best of the best hotels in the middle of the City. It has a ballroom and a gym. Obviously the best accommodation. The staff is all amazing and you can't wait to taste their food. The organization of the hotel is sparkle and the security is just the state of the heart kinda. There is a ample parking, and you will enjoy every piece. Pay the place a visit.

Nice hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Pool and gym are both nice. All of the staff (except one man) were very nice and welcoming. My only problem was at checkout. I was told breakfast wasn't included and since I ate breakfast there I had to pay $30. First of all, I'm almost positive it said "breakfast included" when I booked online. But even if it didn't, $30 is way too expensive for that breakfast. And there were many chances for the staff to mention that the breakfast was not included. I felt that I was intentionally mislead about the breakfast so the hotel could trick $60 out of me and my friend. I find that very unprofessional. And we were given four complimentary waters and I put them in the fridge and my friend accidentally drank a water that was put there for the mini bar. This is an honest mistake. The complimentary water was still in there and they are basically the same water (I think the complimentary bottle is like 25ml less) so in my opinion we should not have been charged for that. The man at checkout was very belligerent and wouldn't listen. He charged us $3 for the water then threw the money at us. Very low class. It's not about the money. It's about the principle. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? There are professional ways to handle the above problems and the hotel did not do them. The hotel cared more about getting that extra $63 out of us than it did about customer service. Once again, very low class. If you want to present your hotel as a high class establishment I advise you stop doing things like this.

Book with confidence, a good hotel in the heart of town. The staff are fabulous and treat you like family. Is it the most modern, no, is it the most prestigious, no, is it great value for money, YES, is it safe, YES, is it somewhere I will use again, Definitely! Sure there are better hotels, but that is true anywhere, this is a good place to stay, I will use it again. Everything works, everything is clean and tidy, the staff are the best bit! Thank you everyone at The Regency.

Not a bad hotel. Lovely interior architecture. I haven't been in the rooms but from the outside I bet it's good. The events held are also good. Would be nice for corporate events and exhibitions if at all you'd want to host one.

The hotel is placed just in a city center of Nairobi. Its best times had passed, but still this is quite prestige, good looking, clean and affordable place. Rooms are big, and there's a lot of them on a several floors, but elevators are super quick so there's no issue traveling up and down. You don't have to wait for a lift longer ten few seconds. Pool is not impressive as well as the restaurant, but overall impression is good. A specialty for a price.
